Hi, I’m Kitti -
a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Zumba Instructor, and an introvert with an obnoxiously loud laugh, who loves surfing, getting lost in books, oat milk cappuccinos, and 9 pm bedtime.
I’ve been training since I was 14 — spin classes, gym sessions, Zumba, pole fitness - you name it, I tried it. What started as pure joy slowly morphed into a hyperfixation on changing my body. Cue: overtraining, under-eating, and chasing “leaner” like it was a personality trait.
Now? I coach people to do the exact opposite.
I help you train in a way that feels good, gets results, and doesn’t wreck your relationship with food or your body in the process. You’ll always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to make it work for your body and your lifestyle.
I’ll push you when needed, pull you back when necessary, and always coach with honesty, care, and context.
I don’t just want you to follow a plan — I want you to understand it.
Because confidence isn’t built through random workouts. It’s built through competence.
So if you're after structured, evidence-based coaching (with a side of sass), you’re in the right place.
At Kitti Olasz Coaching, my mission is to help individuals become stronger, more mobile, fitter, and more confident in their own skin. I use evidence-based programming, personalised guidance, and a heavy dose of education to cut through the noise of misinformation in the fitness industry. My goal is to help you build sustainable habits that support long-term growth — and actually make you enjoy the process.
Whether you’re brand new to training, an athlete refining your foundation to enhance performance, or someone looking to reconnect with movement, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you towards your goals you with simplicity, honesty, and intention.
I believe in doing things with integrity, working hard with purpose, and putting the person before the outcome — because real, lasting change happens when you embrace the process, not just the results.
