I spent another 2 hours in the gym, trying to “burn off” calories earlier in the day, training with no clear structure, feeling burnt out, not really progressing. I spent most of my teenage/early adult years trying to “look like” I work out, trying to eat “clean”, and I thought if I just simply pushed harder, I could get to my goals (hint: I didn’t).
Fast forward to 2022. I’m studying a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning, and start coaching at MSC Performance, the best S&C facility of the West Midlands in England. My training revolves completely around learning new skills and performance, and I’m finally fuelling the demands of my workouts and my day-to-day job. What happened in the in-between is a lot of unlearning, a lot of support from coaches and professionals, a lot of hard work (the right way) and courage to change.
Today, my own training (and coaching practice) is driven by the pursuit of being fit, strong, explosive, and robust, whilst also having a good time. I want everything I do at the gym to ADD TO the quality of my life – and not take away from it.
Hence why, I want to offer you a way where you can sustainably prioritise strength and fitness without an “all or nothing” mentality. To build an athletic figure as a side effect of you having a structured plan that you stick to. To enjoy your training, fall in love with the daily pursuit of your goals, without having to figure it out for yourself.

“ Before I started, I was doing bits and bobs, I wasn’t very consistent - strength training mainly but I wasn’t particularly accountable or tracking my progress. I was in a very low place, I’d just gotten out of a very abusive relationship which ended following months of emotional abuse and then physical abuse. One of my biggest tangible wins was getting truly comfortable with Olympic weightlifting techniques “...” I consistently saw progress across the board—increased weights, better form, and a much clearer understanding of my own capabilities. Learning about RPEs from you was a total game-changer. It really helped me tune into how much I could push myself versus how much I should, which made my training smarter and more sustainable. For example, my PBs for Back squat was 1.5 times body weight and at bodyweight for front squats.

Yes — your program can be adapted for home workouts if you don’t have access to a gym or equipment, such as when you’re travelling or in a temporary situation. However, for long-term progress, it’s recommended to have access to some basic equipment, such as a barbell, dumbbells, bench, and a cable machine.

Yes, you can upload videos and you will get feedback via the messaging function of the app to make sure that your execution is correct.

Online coaching is designed to be flexible and support you through all seasons of life—including holidays, illness, or unexpected challenges. While subscriptions aren't paused, your coaching will be adjusted to suit your current situation. Whether you're unwell, away, or simply going through a busy period, we'll adapt the plan together so you can continue making progress in a realistic and sustainable way.

I don’t offer strict meal or diet plans, as I believe in long-term, sustainable changes over quick fixes. My approach focuses on education, habit-building, and helping you make informed choices.
Since I’m not a registered dietitian, I stay within my scope of practice by offering nutritional guidance that supports healthy habits — not prescriptive plans. This includes generic education on energy balance, macronutrients and their importance, and further considerations to support your goals.
